Millennials grew up loving Froot Loops, but over time the brand had fallen off their radar. For the first time in 50 years, Kellogg’s Froot Loops launched a new campaign to drive brand awareness and inspire renewed relevance of its iconic breakfast cereal. The new campaign, “Whatever Froots Your Loops” playfully encourages millennials and kids to be themselves and pursue the things that make them happy.

We knew advertising alone wouldn’t solve the problem. Beyond reminding them that Froot Loops are the same colorfully fun cereal they loved from childhood, we needed bold action to drive relevancy beyond traditional media placements.

From an 80-in-1 pair of Toucan Sam Sunglasses designed by Neff to a custom Timbuk2 Froot Loops backpack, to a customizable colorful State Bicycle, we placed Froot Loops at the center of pop culture by partnering with the creative minds from highly influential designers, bringing to life “Whatever Froots Your Loops” in three distinct and customizable ways -- all inspired by the delicious, colorful, frooty cereal.
